DAVID RODLI, Esq.,
Founding Principal and Lead Attorney
David Rodli has been in
the private practice of law in Missoula, Montana for 25 years. He
graduated from the
University of Montana
School of Law
in 1978 with a juris doctor degree, after having obtained a Bachelor of
Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Montana in
1974. His is a general civil practice with emphasis on real estate
transactions, estate planning and probates, business and non-profit
organization formation and maintenance, commercial and financing
transactions and mining law. He serves as corporate secretary for
several start-up companies specializing in alternative energy.
David is a member of
the American Bar Association, Montana Bar Association (Natural
Resources, Energy & Environmental Law Section) and the Western Montana
Bar Association. He serves on the
Board of Directors of
Northwest College
and as Chairman of the Northwest College Foundation. He has served as member of
the Commission On Christian Higher Education of the Assemblies of God.
